I know I have not posted a suggestion in a long, long time (Not since I became a moderator) but I had an idea and I want to know what you think.
Armour Weights. This is (another one) inspired by Skyrim. In this mod, people are always trying to get the armour with the best armour rating, with the exception of a select few who prefer the speed of the wood elven scout armour, the only armor that actually changes your speed. With this system, hardly anyone wears 'light' armours, as there is no penalty for archer/assassin type players wearing 'heavy' type. To balance this system and encourage players to wear light armour, I propose that heavy armour should slow you down. Not a lot, but enough to provide some incentive for light armour, say 5% per armor peice. Or instead, all light armours could give you a boost of 10%, with wood-elven scout armour staying a bit above so it keeps its value. I also think that player footsteps should make more noise, depending on how much heavy armour you are wearing (5% louder per piece).
