In the fellowship of the ring, some hobbits are having a conversation in the green dragon about how somebody saw a cherry tree(might have been a different tree) walking in the northern moors. Then tree beard said to merry and pippin later that the entwined would like the shire. So, very, very, VERY, rarely there should be ents that can be found walking around in the shire moors. When talking to them you would get an achievement called "walking trees!". They also wouldn't attack you if you cut down a tree. Now, the hobbit who claimed this could've been lying, but there are dark Hurons in the old forest and all of the area of the shire used to be a forest where ents lived.

I don't think this should be a full on feature, as the story is after all not confirmed, but it would make a good easter egg.

Perhaps this tree could've been a charred-looking dark huorn, invading and terrifying the Shire Moors, each could be a good invasion suggestion . . Imagine Dark Huorns of Barrow Wights rarely appearing there to make you freak!
Well treebeard said so.. Saruman came to the shire.. nnot so far. . . it could be a thing, but those ents could be a bit different from all others.

I am afraid this is given merely as a passing reference in the text, and therefore has little relevance as a feature which could realistically be implemented. For further commentary on such references see the responses made to this Thread (However, please note that not all aspects of said responses are relevant).

I read somewhere that Tolkien himself suspected the Entwives had all died out when Sauron ruined and destroyed their land (which became the Brown Lands.) On another note, what about ruined Entwife Gardens?

I agree with both of you ,but it would be nice to see entwives . If you bring an Entwife to an Ent you would get like 100 Fangorn alignment .

Nobody said that they are dead, they are only not seen, but the ents still hope that these are alive. And lots of guys saw them theirself
