So, isengaurd has Orc bombs, but I'm wondering, was there other explosives in middle earth? If anyone has any idea about what potential explosives that could also be in middle earth. Please tell

I have an idea! Because warg bombardiers aren´t nearly uncanon and overpowered enough, what about suicide Troll Bombardiers. These would be trolls carrying multiple triple strength orc bombs on their backs that when detonated, would fling in all directions. They would not spawn naturally, but in invasion, and could be hired by evil aligned players.
