Tell me: doesn't it suck to see Mordor as empty as it is now? Seemingly a wasteland fullfilled by Orcs... well it does fit Dagorlad; but Mordor is different, the orcs should intensively be working on their "nation" 's territory.
For those who played Shadow of Mordor, I'm here to inform you I suggest giving more from the game to the mod, in order to create a more interesting enviroment for all players.
First of all lets divide the structures's types.
1-Morgul Vale: Ruined Gondor builds using Ruined Gondor Bricks (just like the dwarven bricks have their own version).
2-Udûn: Udun would have simular ruins to the Morgul Vale's. But with the addition of Charred Wooden Structures such as watchtowers.
3-Mordor: Especially new and more detailed sets of buildings. Fewer ruins as the Gondorians and other folks did not inhabitate the place.
4-Dagorlad: I suggest the creation of Mordor Gravel waste blocks, with addition of more skulls, blood (another new "block") and some blocks left on the group mainly from ruined structures. It should give the feels of being on a land that was totally destroyed by war, rather than a mere desert of endlessly boring gravel.
5- Eastern Desolation: Some easterling made buildings would be nice, as they kept watch of the eastenr boarders of mordor.
6-Cirith Ungol: a complex of ancient and ruined towers.
7-Gorgoroth: More forges, lava pits, lava rivers (now that the mod will use Biome Rivers, rather than before), industrial activity.
8-Nurn: More slave like structures, some bigger dead trees, or no. Plateau of High Lands etc.
9- Nan Ungol: Spider Caves, new and old structures mixed with the spider theme. Ex: the Mordor towers should have a lot of webs. Thanks Gorbag ;3
This is a brief preview to the suggestion, I will post in the commentaries section more of each piece of land, including pics to represent. Why? Because my PC keyboard is glitchy and could accidently delete this all ://// .

Morgul Vale
-------------------------------------
Many know the Gondorians were the ones who built both Minas Morgul and Cirith Ungol to guard the Pass each lead Mordor's forces directly to Pellenor, through Ithilien (Osgiliath and Minas Tirith). So lets explore its past, shall we?
------------------------------------
Buildings:
1- ancient (ruined) house: pretty self explainatory
2- ancient (ruined) tower: like gondor towers...
3- ancient (ruined) hall : Future Morgul Chieftains could spawn here
4- ancient (ruined) "town square": basically a village full of ancient houses, in here Orcs would have put camps
5- Morgulduin Ports: Well I think the orcs should use of the River in order to navigate to other areas, I may be mistaken but I believe they departed from there, later on reaching osgiliath through such route.
6- Stone Walls
7- Pillar ruin (like in other biomes of the mod)
8- Tent Clusters
Inspiration: Shadow of Mordor and http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/osgiliath-in-ruin---lord-of-the-ring-build/
Obs: The houses should spawn pretty close to each other
Sure Minas Morgul will have more themed buildings in its territory, those are just ruins and buildings to complement and improve the region.
----------
Udûn
---------
Udûn, especially the Black Gate was guarded by Gondor for a good period of time, they did not build houses, but towers (ancient ones) and fortress, therefore stone walls and pillars, mainly Remains from those watch basements. Sure the Orcs after coming back built a bit by themselves.
Buildings:
1- 1-Ancient tower (from Morgul Vale)
2- 2-Tent Clusters surrounded by walls (see above)
3- 3- Stone walls and pillars (aboooove)
4- -Wooden Like Towers
5- - Orc arena
6- - Udun Fortress: http://lotrminecraftmod.wikia.com/wiki/File:2016-06-08_22.39.58.png This image could yet be used too as Black Uruk fortress. The other one I uploaded is an Orc one.

- Plataforms Obs and additions: arena and fortress should perhaps be more worked on, I dont really think I used my potential on them. Now about the Forges and Smitheries I think there should be -> Black Uruk Smiths (wouldnt wear helmet).
