When attempting to trade coins with a galadhrim and dwarven trader, I cannot grab the other denominations, but they do show up.

You have to click on the arrows.

The mechanics got slightly changed in Public Beta 29. You now have to click the right or left arrow in the GUI, before you are able to take the coins out.
