Most furniture can be recreated in minecraft, but chairs are rather difficult. I propose that a few chairs be added to the mod.
These would be constructed like so, with w meaning a wood plank, s meaning a stick, and n meaning nothing:
This would create a "rough-hewn chair". This is a rather rugged chair, no decorations of any kind. However, if you put it in a crafting grid with a chisel, it creates a decorative wooden chair (you also get the chisel back). This is slightly fancier, with some carvings on the back. Perhaps there could be different chairs for different wood types.
These are what the name implies, benches for your feast hall. This are constructed like so, with W meaning a log, and N meaning nothing:
These also come in a stone variant, with the wood being replaced with a faction brick, and crafted on that factions crafting table. when placed, these would connect textures with adjoining benches of the same material, creating a long bench with two supports on each end. Each "block" of bench holds one player.
This is a block crafted like so, with a bench of any type in the center of the grid, and stone surrounding it. This creates the throne block, which looks a lot like stone. When placed, you right click it to sit on it. When you shift right click it, you bring up an inventory screen, where you place a full block( no slabs or stairs) of any type. The throne block takes the texture of what you put in it, allowing greater versatility when it comes to constructing your seat of power. There is also a second slot, where you put wool of any colour, which becomes your cushion, taking the colour of the wool. This part is optional.
