When I went to a blacksmith to reforge my fishing rod, I noticed the lack of the reforge button. I first assumed blacksmiths would be unable to reforge fishing rods, but then I changed the name of the fishing rod by deleting one letter. After deleting the letter, the reforge button appeared.

I first noticed this on The Official Server, but I later tested the glitch in a singleplayer world using the Gondor Blacksmith, Galadhrim Smith, Dwarven Smith, Dúnedain Smith and Easterling Blacksmith. The same glitch was noticed with each smith.
