[Endorsed] Real plate armour

As the mod is already loaded with mail armour types*, and there seem to be so many players yearning for plate armour, I propose to actually add a new set of armour to please the plate armour purists. The recipe will be the standard armour recipe but with plates instead of ingots and a piece of string in either the central or top middle slot. It shall be craftable on a vanilla CT. The specific properties will be:

Protective values: 1 for helmet, 3 for chestplate, 2 for leggings and 1 for boots.
It will have a +9 modifier against damage from plates and other crockery.
Boots will grant the player a speed boost on ice, effect level II.
Durability: 5 for helmet, 8 for chestplates, 7 for leggings and 4 for boots.
Wearing a full set will give players a confidence boost, resulting in a shining aura. This will not grant any combat buffs, other than the usual shock and awe on other players.
When wearing a full armour set, thrown food items will simply bounce off and drop within a range of a few blocks from the target and not cause any damage nor durability loss. Only exception being roast chestnuts, which will have their usual effect.
Thrown conkers have a chance of being projectiled back to the player who threw them, when the target wears a full set.

None of the other armour modifiers will be applicable.

It will be repairable, but not reforgeable.

As special addition one may consider to add a Hobbit variant with some nice textural flavour. That would be craftable on a Hobbit CT. This armour type will not be found on any NPC nor in any lootable chest. Only exception may be a very rare case of a man or hobbit in taverns. In such cases, one may assume they were either being forced to wear it or were so drunk that they developed a specific need to put it on. This feature should come with some tasteful achievements and titles. I propose the following:

When putting on a full set for the first time, you get the achievement 'Appetite for Destruction'. This also unlocks the title 'Crock Monsieur'.
When hit by a conker you threw yourself, you get the achievement 'Bouncing around, bouncing around, bouncing!'. This unlocks the title 'Receiver's End'.
When hit by a plate while wearing a full set of armour, you get the achievement 'Hell's Kitchen'. This unlocks the title 'Shattered'.

I'd also suggest to add this in the food fight update, PB35. That would seem most appropriate tbh. I bet Gruk and Kars will have a jolly fun time designing both models and textures for this, so I feel spending effort in providing example models and/or textures would be void. * Even though most don't appear to look a lot like mail, scaled mail or lamella plated mail armour, they are, it's great, it's true.
