Dol Amroth Chestplate Noise

Old Title: The wings attached to Dol Amroth chestplate should make a loud rustle sound while riding a horse.

There is a very propable theory that wings of Polish Hussars were used to frighten enemy horses with a loud sound they were making during the charge.

Why should this not be a thing with the Swan Knight wings? The sound would be a loud rustle and it would become even louder during the full gallop.

I don't know if the sound should actually make enemy calvary units go a little bit crazy, but that would be a cool feature as well.

I agree wholeheartedly- maybe this could give a slowness to nearby cav, to make up for the expensive cost and make the Swan Knights an efficient anti-cavalry

Man, this title is long. The idea is very nice. Mûmakil could, when they are added, frighten horses, offering an evil variant for this ability.

I like the idea of the rustling making a noise but the status-effect for the fear of hearing the rustling seems a bit complicated

A nice idea, comrade, but it seems to me that the noise of a galloping horse should overpower the rustle of swan feathers.
