<p>If you are refering to the Recipe Book that is in more recent Vanilla Minecraft versions: That does not exist in the version the mod runs in. As for NEI (Which i am asuming stands for Not Enough Items), I am personally not familiar with that mod and how it works.  </p><p>If you need recipes, try looking up the item you want to craft on the Wiki and finding a crafting recipe on that item's page. </p><p>Hope that this is at least somewhat helpful. </p>
