Hello!

So, after reading the island page, I felt that Tol Morwen, Tol Fuin, and Himling deserved some more detail- elven mariners.

SPAWNING:

Mariners spawn near the coast of the three islands, their arrival annouced by a chat line, like other traders.

DETAILS:

Mariners would be civilian elves with trades- essentaly a wandering trader.  They would use daggers in self defense.

TRADES:

Mariners would buy food and sell boats, murovir, and other elvish goods, including elven rope.

DROPS: 

Standard elvish civilian drops.

LORE:

Travelers with a dream to reinhabit the isles, mariners are weak in combat but strong in heart.
