I thought because Saruman already is in the mod as a joke maybe it would not be as bad requesting this. (dont kill me plz)
I thought maybe it would be cool if you could choose if you wanted to spawn as an evil player or a good one.
After you choose you will either spawn in the Shire (for good players) or in Dunland (evil players).
If you choose Evil player instead of Gandalf giving you the red book Saruman would.
It seems to me that the whole point of the mod is that you appear with zero alignment. Plus, now you can change your mind, or be partially kind. And the initial choice will greatly limit the entire reputation system, which has been honed over the years.

I agree with Alexander. If you want to start off as a certain faction, rather than factionless, make a creative world, teleport to the homeland of whichever faction you want to be, cheat in some alignment, then remove your access to Shire waypoints, and then switch to survival.
