Hey all,
I'm designing a northman esque Town and was wondering what was the flattest biome in Middle Earth? I have my own landscaping that I plan to do, so the less I need to overhaul existing terrain the better.

Forget all Mountain Biomes (obviously) and most areas close to mountains. Certain parts of Mordor are as flat as can be, also deserts and the Lone Lands can be pretty flat. Forget forests, obviously.

Rhun has some huge swaths of flat land if you find the right place

Maybe just get yourself world-edit (if you play in single player/creative) and flatten the land out automatically?

Any biome that has the Barren Steppe sub-biome can have areas that are almost 100% flat.
