ALL POSTSNot able to complete quests
I can't complete quests with drunk people or people that are fighting. I understand the fighting but I can't complete any quests. Any reason?

Yes, good reason: drunk are drunk. Wait until they get sober. Not a bug. A feature. Jolly good.
