Swan Knights are also terrible in comparison to the elven soldiers. They have the exact same stats as elf warriors, except for elf warriors also get a really good bow that they can switch between. We have to have some reason to actually want a swan knight.

If cavalry worked better in this mod - nay, in Minecraft, the Swan Knights would indeed be very useful considering their high armor, man and horse, which is better then that of the Rohirrim if I'm not mistaken, as well as their lances, pikes, and swords. A full battalion of Dol Amroth Swan Knights mounted upon horses would destroy all ground forces.

However, cavalry forces are not as they should be yet, hopefully in the future they will be. I think upgrading their armor is unnecessary, perhaps something else?

True. But that also applies to the other factions mentioned, right? Elf, dwarf, and Uruk cavalry would all still easily beat the swan knights, correct?

I, however, completely agree that cavalry should be able to fight better. I would assume that’s a tough fix since it seems to be a Minecraft issue. Maybe they could have cavalry like in the movies where it can charge troops and knock them back? Then you could have something like the Helm’s Deep charge. Just a thought.

I think, instead of armor, they should have better attacks. If we had Aragost's suggestion and better weapons, the Swan Knights would be much more formidable.

Dol Amroth armor should let you fly, change my mind.
