I don't know if this is a bug, but for some reason, Gondor soldiers (and Levymen) are spawning in Rohan as far north as Fangorn. Is this supposed to happen?

Now that I think about it, I tped into Ithilien, and then tped back into Rohan by accident right before this started happening. That might have something to do with it. Still a potential bug.

If one pledges for Gondor and beats the crap out of Gondor's enemies and the enemies of their Rohirrim allies, in Rohan, one may expect garrisons of Gondorians to take control of the lands where this happened. It's the conquest mechanic.
