So obviously Mordor is a giant place and has multiple different biomes but other than Nan Ungol & Nurn it really lacks diversity in units and structures especially because you would normally expect to find 2 or 3 factions in a similar sized area. Well by adding sub factions of mordor it will allow troop variety and structures but ultimately give mordor a fully fledged feel as although Tolkien did not elaborate entirely on Morodor there are some pieces which can be forged together along with adaptations which are not lore breaking to enhance the mod experience. The Sub factions:
_________________________________________________________________________________
1. Morannon
Description: Morannon Orcs are more of a Peter Jackson adaptation than it is lore. Morranon orcs are supposed to be a stronger orc strain but still inferior to Uruks , their strength is also derived from their powerful armor. This would make a nice edition to the mod due to the fact that it would deter people from going straight through the black gate and giving players a chance to buy heaily armoured orcs without having to buy uruks.
Location: Morannon orcs would reside in the Udun Valley .
Morannon Troops:
Morannon Banner Bearer
Morannon Orc Warrior
Morranon Orc Archer
Morannon Warg
Morannon Crafting:
Morannon would recieve its own crafting table with the requirement being +1 to modor alignment.
This would include morannon armour which would grand 15 protection , this would be on par with iron armor however it would be far less durable.
Morannon Pike (as seen in picture)
Morannon Scimtar
Morannon Axe
(these can be seen here)
Morannon Block (perhaps a red tinted mordor brick)
Morannon Warg armor (based on the red and black that morannon orcs wear)
Morannon banner
Morannon Structures
Morannon Camps (same as default orc camp): With morannon captains
Morannon Towers (Would be much shorter than mordor towers and would bear the morannon banner)

2. Barad-dur
Description: Barad-Dur is one of the most iconic places in mordor but within the mod it doesnt feel like this. Barad-Dur was home to the mouth of Sauron an iconic character from the books meaning that barad dur had quaters within it implying guards could be dwelling there too. Barad-dur would of had some kind of special guard due to the significance of the area this is where the Black Guard of Barad-dur come in. The Black Guard will be the Uruks of the Barad-dur region that protect the lands from threats but also act as an imperial guard to the mouth of Sauron.
Location: Barad-dur region in Gorgoth
Barad-dur troops:
Barad-dur Banner bearer
Barad-dur Uruk Archer
Barad-dur Crafting
Barad-dur would recieve its own crafting table requiring +1 alignment with mordor
Barad-dur Uruk armor: 17 protection
Barad-dur black guard helmet (a variant of the normal barad-dur helmet)
Barad-dur Cleaver
Barad dur banner
Barad-dur structures
Black Guard Fortress: This would be similar to black uruk fortress but would have a massive tower in the centre. These would replace Black uruk fortresses within the sub biome of gorgoth.

3.Minas Morgul
descritption : Minas Morgul and its surrounding regions feel too much like mordor and that would make sense being in mordor but orcs from minas morgul and the surrounding area were known in lore to raid with the cresent moon and skull banner when they raided and so the region should show this. this sub faction werent be that different but enought to add some flair.
Location: The minas morgul surrounding areas (green shaded area)
Minas Morgul Troops: Minas Morgul Banner Bearer (available to all mordor captains)
Minas Morgul Structures: Guldurill bricked mordor towers
Minas Morgul Crafting: No special crafting table
