I want to teleport thousands and thousands of blocks away but when I try any of the teleport commands it does not work can someone help me?
Do you have cheats enabled (assuming singleplayer), or are you opped if multiplayer?
I do have cheats on and it is single player

You can press M on the map and then you will automatically teleport to the cursor (if you're in creative mode).
