Add Morgul Recipes to the Angmar Crafting Tables

While it being crafted on the Mordor CT makes sense as Sauron created The Nine, I think it makes sense for the Morgul Armor and Morgul Blade to be crafted on the Angmar Crafting Table as well. It's always felt weird to me that an armor set modeled after the Witch-king of Angmar couldn't be crafted on the Angmar CT.

A case could also be made for adding it to the Dol Guldur CT as well, as the ringwraith Khamul was Lieutenant of Dol Guldur during the War of the Ring, but either way it definitely should be on the Angmar CT.

It would be cool if there were different sets of Morgul Armour, and each set would have a different design depending on the crafting table used to make it.

For instance, if you crafted a set of Morgul Armour on a Dol Guldur crafting table, it would look like Khamul's armour from The Hobbit, BotFA (AKA Golden Easterling Armour). How the mod could make the Mordor version and the Angmar version look different, I'm not sure.....

But kudos to this suggestion. It makes sense.

Khamûl was an Easterling, so even though he held Dol Guldur for a time it would make more sense to craft it on an Easterling crafting table with morgul ingots. Not a bad idea though. Also the only issue with having different sets of morgul armor is that we only knew two of the ringwraiths by name, and that three of them were Númenóreans. So you could have a max of four different sets; one for the Witch King, one for Khamûl, one Númenórean styled, and one generic styled. Once again though, great idea.
