Working on an Addon and need some help

Hi there! my name is kennedy and recently i decided to start working on an add-on to the mod, however I have a problem, you see I would like to be able to add new biomes and factions but I can't figure out how to do so? so if anyone could help me that would be amazing thank you!

I use a mod creator called CraftyCraft, on it you can edit/create: biomes, weapons, armor, items, mobs, npcs and more. It’s great to use an is free.

And I also love Lord of the Rings!

If this is the Lotrmod you are adding an add on to you cannot add in anymore new biomes this is why In the first age add on they only have The East of Middle earth because there is a set cap as far as I know hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me can help I’d ask them tbh
