Help/Compatibility with other mods

I downloaded this modpack from curseforge: Lord of the rings return of the player by Permdog99. It has been running fine. I added optifine to the pack, it worked flawlessly, Than suddenly it crashed and I haven't been able to open my world since then. The crash happens when I load in the singleplayer world.

The game crashed whilst unexpected errorError: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: -1

Whenever I enter any world with the mod, there are no structures inside it. To prove this, I´ve traveled to the Shire (no houses), Bree (no towns), Mordor (no pits or fortresses), and even the Utmno pits or the Nan Curnìr circle don´t exist. The only structures that appear are weird pyramids with a faction crafting table over them. All NPC´s appear normally (except the grey wanderer, who doesn´t spawn). I don´t have Middle-Earth achievements. I also cannot accept quests. I´ve tried entering to Middle-Earth from the vanilla world or a created world.

I use normal MInecraft 1.16.5, with Forge 36.2.34 and the following mods:

-LOTR: Renewed

-Advancement plaques

-JEI

-Supplementaries

All mods are for 1.16.5.

I'm going through the configs to try and add compatibility with the mods "Ice and Fire: Dragons" and "Serene Seasons"

Few questions;

1:) Any general advice? It's been quite a few years since messing with configs and want to know if there is anything I should be aware of.

2:) Is there any way I can pull up the list of all the biomes and their coded tempters? or does anyone know how the mod codes it's biomes?

3:) What bioms should I limit the dragon spawning to if possible?

Would someone potentially be able to patch the black screen that occurs when you try to run Legends Mod and LOTR mod together? There had been a similar black-screen issue when trying to use LOTR with More Player Models and there is a patch for that, would it be possible to do the same for Legends?

Okay so, I start a private modpack for my use on twitch with LOTR and other mod and when I go to the LOTR dimension 0 hobbithole, 0 hobbit, no eggs of races... So maybe it was the other mod, I check on wiki and nothing. I create another profile for testing and the same thing happened ! I was with LOTR, JEI, Appleskin, journey's map, tree capitator, ore excavation, large ore deposite, JEI LOTR and neat in 1.15.2 the dimension is clear, but 0 tabs with races egg in creative, 0 races spawning and 0 structures. I don't understand
