3D ears is unfortunately impossible without the use of mods. That being said, could ya give me a picture so I could try and make the skin?
I like the idea, but wouldn't that just incentivize not hunting wild beasts due to the difficulty? Why kill a deer when ya can kill a few Dalish people who will drop a pastry? (I don't mean Dalish people in particular, but I've always found the fact that random NPCs drop food to be kinda hilarious)
How would it be balanced in any capacity whatsoever? That type of bow is only available to the free people of middle earth, and it is one of the cheapest. Also, please provide reference for it being the most powerful bow ever.

I made a tool that can do that.
You would place yourself in your Minecraft region files directory and use the command:
RegionScanner --replace b,minecraft:lava,AMBIANT/b,minecraft:flowing_lava,AMBIANT --from path/to/level.dat *.mca
All existing lava would be replaced by the most represented surrounding non-lava blocks (or by whatever block you specify instead of AMBIANT).
You could use a mod such as ChunkGen to pre-generate chunks in region files before using RegionScanner.
I'll probably release the tool this week-end.

First off, that is quite rude, so please don't go around insulting people. Secondly, it does the exact job that the person here was looking for, so it is the exact mod that would have been used had said individual been in survival. Please keep yourself civil.
If ya don't like a server, there are a plethora of other servers to choose from. No need to get angry.
