Yes, civilians should, for the most part, be unarmed, and invasions should be ramped up in frequency, a lot.

Nothing in Tolkien's work is directly based off a thing in real life. Tolkien hated allegory. Númenorean craft is long gone and should not be craftable.

So... I'm thinking about scrapping & making new equipment, as they probably wouldn't be able to make such weapons or armor. As for the textures, I could use some help... The Numenoreans in Far Harad didn't die out quickly, how do you explain Queen Beruthiel. Yes, they probably did die out/merge latter though. Apart from this, I don't know what you mean by heritage. The Duinhoth are more like rebels than anything else. So all said, I need to: 1 - Rework their lore 2 - Redo the sample textures 3 - Find new names
