Maybe a system like in <i>Doom </i>where an enemy will be stunned or glow, to indicate an execution possibility. When you do an execution it grants extra alignment and gives a chance for other enemies to flee. The bigger the enemy executed the higher chance for enemies to flee but you get a smaller alignment multiplier (to prevent execution alignment farming).

</p><p>elite sldier NPCs (Black Uruks, Swan Knights etc.) would grant a 1.5x alignment boost

</p><p>mini-bosses would grant a 1.1x alignment boost; and
</p><p>bosses would grant a 1.05x alignment boost
