idk, could he? Maiar were never stated to have that kind of power. If they did, wars would have went differently I think.
They can, but, in a similar fashion to nuclear weapons, if they did it would result in retaliatory attacks, which would escalate into a really damaging war (like the war of wrath).
It's the Wikia Contributors, it's almost always them. Which really means they're just a bunch of newbies who don't know the rules. You have to teach them, and this is a good method to do just that. And if they don't learn, discipline them...
We should build a wall and make the wikia contributors pay for it!

Why do you think its coming out on the 4th, I mean I want it as early as possible, but I seriously doubt that Mevans, being British would launch it on American Independence Day. Im British to and though we dont bedrudge America leaving our Empire anymore, we certainly do not celabrate it.

Mainly on torture, though it does 'saves lives', it's against the Geneva Convention and should not be done to any prisoner or "detainee", terrorist or not.
