Out of these your best bet would be Beornings/Wood-men. While some may say they are more similar to Norse than Germans there really isn't much of a difference if you think about it.
Size: Both peoples are considered quite large.
Religions: Before christianity the Germanics believed in Germanic Paganism which was a branch of Norse Mythology so to speak. Both also then adopted christianity as their main religion.
Weapons: Both Scandinavians and Germans were considered adept with the use of a Battle Axe. However Germanics were mostly masters of the Spear.
Differences: Scandinavians are considered great ship builders while Germans are not.
I would say a no to Lossoth and Dunland being somewhat Northern european Dunland is more like in concept Celts of Gaul/Scotland they lived in their own land until it was taken from them by Rohan or real life counterpart Romans. However in technology they are more like Indians who have stolen Colonizers weapons.
Lossoth in Geography are more like a Russian tribe that has not yet gained Iron or Bronze. In everything else they are more similar to Inuits.
However I must add the similarities are more on the Time frame. If you want Medieval Germany (Holy Roman Empire) Dale is the Closest. If you want Iron Age (Germanics) Beornings/Wood-men would be the best bet.
IK, Germans, Norse, Visigothic etc are all related irl.
