On TOS, I have been killing Orcs around framsburg while pledged to Dwarves, conquest is up to around 400 points, and I have started to notice wood elves spawning around the city. However, those 400 points are black, with no effect, it doesn't say it's going to allies, and checking other factions, none of them have any points in the square. So I'm thinking it's either a bug where it's not showing the stipped "only aids allies" conquest, or the NPCs are spawning when they're not supposed to.

Outside the wall also helps for servers where a faction's enemy doesn't exactly equal their lore/mod enemies, say if Mordor and Isengard ended up at war, and all the mordor players FTed right into the heart of isengard.

well, he has a point that there is a fire-proofing ent-draught, and armor modifier to help against fire. Something to protect against cold would certainly be useful.

you could put their guard range on 1
the flaw with that is, when on 1 guard range, they only attack enemies within 1 block. Making their bows... kinda useless.

I will note, orcs already flee you at -1000 align, unless they are in large groups. So I imagine this will be fairly easy to implement, and is a good idea.

I agree, the Dwarves really could use some updating, their one of the oldest factions, and haven't received major additions since then, (except when the blue mountains were added)

that's only 8 hours. I play for about 2-3 hours at a time, usually once or twice a week. And during that time, unless I've specifically planned to go out and explore, I spend almost all that building my city, which just happens to have a very large winery.
so I'd have that incomparable in an average week.

I'd suggest upping the times, on servers like TOS, there are in game decades old barrels, so maybe doubling the times for Aged and up?

I beleive he is suggesting that cities be implimented as a pixel on the map packed with houses under the waypoint.

Oy, there is a solid paragraph on Red Mountains Dwarves. It's how we know they are called the Ironfists, Stiffbeards, Blacklocks, and Stone Foots. I mean, technically it is only vaguely hinted they are from the Red Mountains, being those are the only "mountains of the east" we know about.

I very much like this idea, the ruined remains of a people long since departed, but I feel there miht be... too much, ya know? 10 seperate variations of ruined houses and hobbit holes? is that really nessecary? I'd consider shortening it to just Ruined structures, as opposed to the Ruined, Collapsed, and Charred variants, merging all three into just "Ruined"
