You should write X, Z, FontSize, RotationAngle, ZoomMin and ZoomMax. X and Z are coords of pixel on the world map (not in-game coords). It is really long and boring work, so I think they won't add 3-4 labels for the every river.
River names can be coded as the word "Belegaer" in the sea. But this is too difficult. There are many rivers, and you need to wite names several times (like near roads). I think, creators are not likely to do that.
Maybe there is no "river line" in en_US.json in the mod?
Wait what u mean by add-ons? I've been monitoring this wiki consistently since PB17 and I've never heard of the First Age addon. If it rly does exist, could you ppoint me in the right direction? Thanks.
There are more addons: Second Age, etc. Since I didn't fint any pages about the addons on english wiki, I'll give you link to the russian wiki. We are trying to add and describe all existing addons.
As I know, nobody did that, because it is really hard to code. Hundreds of waypoints. But it is possible, because there are two addons (LOTR First Age and Game of Thrones), that remove standart waypoints and roads. If you know Java and if you can work in Eclipse, you can code it and share.
No. Waypoints and roads are pinned to cordinates, not to map. If you will change the map, all the roads and waypoints will appear in the Ocean.
It's good idea. As I remember, Dorwinion and Dale were added in beta 28, and the new faction standarts were added in beta 29 with the greatest update of Gondor. So, maybe it's planned to detalise before-stantart factions?

It's quite strange, that Harad has no units with bombs. All the evil factions have them (Rhudel, Isengard, Mordor and even Angmar).
It is really sad, that I can't say "Harad Akbaaaar" and detonate Minas-Tirith.
WorldEdit. You can replace all unusual/wrong blocks (use "/info" to explore their id) to needed blocks (use "/replace [id] [newid]" to replace)
It seems to me that the whole point of the mod is that you appear with zero alignment. Plus, now you can change your mind, or be partially kind. And the initial choice will greatly limit the entire reputation system, which has been honed over the years.
So it’s unlikely to add a choice of side and Saruman-guide.
I have two problems with this mod.
1) I have killed two dwarves-warriors: Bofur and Gloin (example). Both are warriors - one type. But now there are two cells for two mobs instead one cell for one type. And if I kill 20 dwarves with different names, there is will be 20 cells.
2) I have killed Utumno Ice Spider, but now I can't climb a wall. Or I have killed a batterfly, and now I can't fly. Generally speaking, all spiders,birds and etc. have no special functions.
3) Wrong health (Me-balrog has 20 poins)

Now two blue-dwarven-folks have one banner (as they are one faction BLUE_MOUNTAINS). So, I think, red-dwarven-folks will be added as one faction with one banner. And this texture is great

I agree. Moreover, I think, that major structures can't be coded. Because one think - round, sphere, square, ring, oval, etc etc etc. There is one formula in code, that makes geometric form.
But major structures are not ideal shapes. For example Arnor ruins completely asymmetrical. They cant be "formulled", they should be coded with every-block-x-y-z. It will take ages. And on't forget about landscape in different seeds... It's impossible.

We can see, that way goes simple from west to east. But in LOTR mod map doesn't coincude.
