I believe VirgilTracey314258 was trying to say that some, but not all, elves have glowing swords in canon, and that this should be reflected in the mod.
Some traders, notably Oddment Collectors, buy Orc Steel. So it's not entirely useless. I'm not sure if or how you can turn it off in config.
Cool idea, but having a gui pop up in the middle of fight could get annoying.
