One of the central focuses of The Lord of the Rings is its races. I would suggest that instead of factions being defined by areas, they could be defined by the race you choose. Example, elves players can be from Lórien, Rivendell, Lindon or Mirkwood. I just wish that each player could choose their own race, because the official players race are Men.
