Hello all! I was wondering if 10 to 15 people would like to start a server where we create major builds how we think the mod team will make them. For example in Bree they use Bree houses and taverns as the buildings a similar concept could be used in Minas Tirith and Edoras. They would not be MCME level structures but it would definitely add big structures to the mod. If you would like to possibly participate say so in a response to this thread!
What's on your mind?
I was wondering if our server Rise Of Middle Earth could be added to the server list page, we are running in 1.15.2 renewed version of 2.8.1 no other mods required as the others are server side, Name is Rise Of Middle Earth and the ip address is ROME.mymcserver.org IP address 220.127.116.11

Hey, i enjoy creating servers and stories for people to enjoy, and i was wondering what the current population is like on lotr modded servers these days. Would people play if i made one? Some feedback would be nice, been out of this genre for a while.
The console crashes when loading the files.
Here's a video of the console loading the server and somehow failing to do so. I can't find where the problem is, I've introduced the mod in the file, done everything as I've seen in videos and other forums, but I still can't find the answer to why I can't successfully launch the server, of course, with the forge.jar file, not the minecraft-server.jar, this last one successfully initiates the server, but the mod is not detected in the server, just in my client, that's why I try to craft a Gold Ring in survival, I see it when I place the 8 gold nuggets, but I can't collect it. Server doesn't recognize its ID either, tried to give it by commands. Also have tried deleting the world file and changing the level-type in server.properties to middleearth and see if it works. Nothing has worked. Only vanilla server. So the problem is I cannot initiate the server through that forge file, neither can I with batch files, so please, if someone can see the problem in the video, help me resolve this. Thank you very much.

# Factions dislike if a player has + alignment with enemy factions
B:"Enable alignment drain"=false
I'm more into exploring the world than waging war. I want to see the elves Gandalf. Go there and back again and decorate my mantle with souvenirs from the lands of both good and evil.
Alright, this is a long shot, but it's all I have left at this point.
I'm starting the dwarven faction on a new server, and I have ambitions. However, I am just one person. Therefore, I am looking for some people who are good at building dwarven and decent at PvP to join the faction. If you're interested, it would be appreciated if you can post a screenshot of your best dwarven build in this thread. Thank you kindly if you made it this far and are interested.

You must also be active on the server.
Since I don't have WiFi I'm not playing at the moment on the server, but I am soon and boy do I have plans. I was just wondering: Can I name my gondolinian sword "The Hoe-Hammer"? It's been a decent bit of time since I played and I forget the rules, bit as far as I recall it was just fine to curse. Thr only time it was a bad thing is when you were using it to talk negatively about someone.
Word of note: This is an idea for a server, it isn't an actual project at the moment.
Hello everyone, Civilizations of Arda is a server that will have a different style of playing the mod that you typically don't see often. If you've ever played Medieval 2: Total War, you'll get an idea of what I am going to explain below.
Typically, you go on a server and you choose a faction then just head out into the wild, right? On C.A(Civilizations of Arda), you go to spawn, choose a faction, the usual process. After you do all that, there is the professions room.
For example: Let's say there are four basic rofessions, fisherman, lumberjack, miner, and hunter. If I were to choose hunter, then I would be paid 500 coins a week(real time), by going to the server bank(located in Lindon). You can reach different levels of your profession, Novice Lumberjack, Intermediate, and eventually there can be one server master lumberjack.
Once you have a good income on the server, you can choose to rule a faction, here's the fun part, the server will have something of it's own. You won't be able to break any blocks in the wild. Rather, each faction will have a local town where they can purchase buildings, such as a residence, barracks, or workshop, they can upgrade walls buildings, even purchase equipment or high-quality mounts. The bigger the faction playerbase, the greater the growth of your civilization!
Just try to imagine Civilizations of Arda as an MMORPG for LOTR, like Medieval 2: Total War, mixed in with Mount & Blade: Warband. There are so many features to be added, but I can't write all of that here.
Thank you! :)
I'm looking for recommendations which mods to add to my LAN server where I play with a few friends sometimes.
Lotr mod - of course
mcMMO mod - I guess I will have to install this. Hope this is the correct one for Lotr: https://github.com/lSoleyl/mcmmo
I'm especially interested in a "gift crates" Mod that I've seen on some servers, which gives you a crate every few hours and when you open it it looks like a slot-machine window scrolling through the possible gifts until it stops and you get something... Anybody know the name of that mod?
Gravestone Mod - saves your items in a gravestone after death, so they don't de-spawn, but can be picked up by other players too on PVP servers. I found 2 of those mods, have only tried one of them so I don't know which is better suited. The first one has more features (like a chapel for resurrecting dead pets) that you may not want. http://www.9minecraft.net/gravestone-mod/
The 2nd Gravestone mod has just gravestones that keep your items inside. https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/gravestone-mod
Emmaitar mod - make your own craftable paintings! https://github.com/TheChildWalrus/Emmaitar/blob/master/README.md
Idk if its just but TOS sucks and everyone is very toxic, someone give me an reason for it
Hello to everyone, i am asking if there is another cracked server, apart of ancarcraft: fourth age. If anyone knows and wants to tell me, thanks!
