But it also could be a bug with the LOTR Mod, if you export the Music Pack Project and in MC the track plays at the wrong places. I suggest to to try this out; within the next days I'll provide a patch for the Music Pack Creator so that the filters work correct again.

Both. Adding the same track multiple times in the software means that the software will export this track for multiple times resulting in the error you've got.
