1. Have gates connect like fences.
I attempted to build the bridge from the Hobbit movie where the dwarves were locked behind the gate until kili bravely set them free. It truned out ok for my first attempt (building diagionally). However, when i tried to make the gate part it turned out like this https://goo.gl/photos/YAL1UQbEa2gJmrCaA It would have been so much better if you could just open and close the gate in one click, but you have to do at least 2 clicks because they simply wont connect. If they connected like fences, this would work out a lot better.
2. Having gates with transparent "holes" let water through
Back to the above build, antoher thing I'd like to point out is that the iron bars dont let water through their holes. no matter if they are placed like this or straight in a row, the holy gates should be able to let water through in stead of blocking it. It would make the game much more real.
3. Acorns, pinecones, and Mallorn Nuts
We already have mallorn nuts that come from their coresponding tree. However, we do not yet have acorns. As a wood-elf by heart, surrounded by oaks you would expect to find acorns that you could cook and turn into popcorn. This way I can sit back and relax as I munch on a snack and watch my army sweep its way through mirkwood, slaying every orc, spider, and troll in sight.
As for pinecones, they can work like conkers. Trust me, we have a irl pine tree over our yard and those things hurt even if you just pick them up. Also, like the conkers, they could be turned into food. Like you would craft a pumpkin in to seeds, a pine cone can give you a few pine-nut seeds and fill a small amount of hunger.
4. Suggestion for the upcoming "Beorninglings"
I am assuming these are the followers, or the same kind of people, of the skinchanger, Beron. Are you planing to have them transform into bears at night? If so, as a reward for earning +10k alignment with them perhaps you can let the player transform at will. A fellowship of wear-bears would be interesting, wouldn't you say?
5. Just one chair (or seat block/cushion)
There needs to be a way to sit down. You can build a throne, but then you can't sit on it without a plugin. perhaps you could place a seat cushion down on a block that would enable you to sit. I am not sure how you would craft it, but it would look similar to a carpet. Once placed, simply right click and to-da! you are sitting in your grand throne, or at a feast, or at a role-play council of elrond.
