Just a small technical suggestion: Obviously, Mevans already modded the f3-display, as it shows
- Middle-earth biome and variant,
- The outlines of banner-protected areas.
So, this addition wouldn't be so much trouble - I hope.
When playing on a server, you often have chunks generated by different updates of the Mod. This leads to sudden changes of world height at the borders of very old/older/old/middle aged/new/newer/bandnew chunks. That, we all have to live and deal with.
Now my proposal: Store and display the update version to quickly see with which Mod version the chunk was generated.
Why? Sometimes I search for certain new features, like new structures, new plants, new animals, new NPCs and so on. It would be nice to know, if I am really in a brand new region, where it's worth searching, or not.
