Ok so to start of i propose the addition of a south ocean biome. The south ocean would spawn around harad and south rhun (rhun because these people sort of have south-east asia base). On the map it would have the same colour as The Sea just to make it look nice and not out of place.
Islands in this biome would have a nice green colour grass and they would spawn more often (To justify this volcanic activity). Islands would also have a chance to form an archipelago here. This (if possible) would be achieved by having a chance for another island spawning in any direction of the starting island. For the second island there would be a chance for a third island spawning in the roughly same direction.
Also oak, birch and beech trees spawn here a little less often (if not at all). In their replace Banana, Mango and Palm Trees.
Palm Trees: Palm Trees would be a new tree to spawn on these islands and on the cost of harad plus harad oases and river banks. Sometimes these trees would have coconuts growing on them. Coconuts would grow similarly to how bananas and dates would grow. (Uses of coconuts will be below).
So who are these new people? These people (could be) called the Toldain which means island (Tol) man (Dain). They would have slight hawaiian base. They are distant relatives of the people of far harad who arrived there sometime in the late second age. The Toldain would Spawn on islands in the new ocean biome (something like ⅓ or 1/10).They have adopted a Farmer Fisherman lifestyle. Growing wheat and tropical plants like pineapple (info below) and trees like Mango, Banana and Coconut. They would fish in the shallows of their island with special ((bamboo spear)).
NPC
Villager: The Toldain villagers would spawn on inhabited islands. They would have skin colour similar to the Tauredain and have Body paint on their bodies.
Fisherman: Fishermen would spawn in the fishing huts that would line the water edge. They would spawn on the docks or in the hut. They would offer the player fish and any other ocean product. They would buy from the player Bamboo, Toldain fishing spear, String and flint.
Farmer: The Toldain farmer would spawn in the toldain wheat or pineapple farms. Offering the Player wheat, seeds, pineapple and pineapple (seed?). They would buy from the player Toldain hoe, Wheat seeds and pineapple (seeds?).
Orcharder: The Toldain orcharder would spawn in the orchards. They would sell Bananas, Mangos, coconuts and their saplings.
Chief: The Toldain chief would spawn in the toldain chieftain hut. They would offer the player Toldain warriors for hire but for a high cost about 200 to 250 +alignment and 30 - 40 silver coins.
Warrior: Toldain Warriors would only spawn around the chieftain's hut (via NPC respawner). They would be armed with either a Toldain pike, Club or spear and Armoured in Toldain armour.
Archer: The Toldain archer would not spawn naturally and would be available for hire costing +50 more alignment and 10-20 more silver coins than the warrior.
BUILDINGS:
Toldain Stilt Hut: The Toldain stilt hut is where the residents would live. Inside would be 2 straw beds, Toldain crafting table, Plate with food and a mug plus a furnace.
Fishing Hut: The Toldain Fishing Hut would spawn along the island edge with a dock sticking out in to the water. Sometimes 2-3 huts would spawn next to each other with interconnected docks. Inside the Fisherman would spawn.
Chieftain Hut: The chieftain's hut would be the largest hut in the village having 2 rooms. One bedroom and one merged table and kitchen. Inside would spawn the Chieftain..
Community Table: The community table would be similar to a hobbit picnic table and would spawn food and drink on it. This is where the village would meet together for meals.
Farm: One Toldain Farm would spawn per inhabited island. The only crop grown here would be wheat. One Farmer would spawn here.
Pineapple Farm: 1-3 Toldain pineapple farms would spawn per island depending on its size. It would consist of 2 rows of pineapples about 5 blocks long. In side would be the farmer selling pineapple based products and buy farming tools.
Orchard: Because the islands are small orchards won’t be a sub biome and instead be a small group of trees. Mango Banana and Coconut trees would spawn here.
BANNER
The Toldain banner would have a blue background roughly the same colour as the sea with a palm tree with coconuts on them at the center. It would have a golden outline.
EQUIPMENT
The equipment would have 300 durability.
Fishing Spear: The Toldain fishing spear would be made on the toldain table out of 3 bamboo in a diagonal line. It would have the appearance of a 4 pronged bamboo stick. The stats would be +5.5 attack damage 150% range and 100% swing speed.
Axe: It would be made by having a line of 3 sticks in the centre column and 2 Shark Teeth on one of the sides. The stats would be +6 attack damage 100% range and 90% swing speed.
Hoe: It would be made like a regular one but with flint.
Shovel: It would be made like a regular one but with flint. +3.5 attack damage 100% range and 100% swing speed.
Pike: Made like a regular pike but with shark teeth. +5.5 attack damage 200% range and 65% swing speed.
ARMOUR
These people were not war inclined as they had no dealings with those of the mainland but they still constructed crude armour. The armour would mainly be a thick padding made of plant fibres with a few wood plates.
Helmet: The helmet would be a wooden log hollowed out. It would be made out of any wood in a helmet shape. It would provide 2 protection points (1 bar).
Chestplate: W= wood F = fibre X= nothing
W X W

F W F It would give 4 armour points (2 bars).

Coconut or empty coconut on a crafting table makes 2 coconut halves which provide 3 hunger points
