Harad is lacking in bowmen. Near Harad has 'em, but they're the only ones. Tauredain use blowguns, Moredain don't have 'em, and the Half-Trolls...well, I certainly don't want to see a Half-Troll using a bow, do you?
Another issue: the Morwaith are extremely weak. They have weak armor, few weapons, and their only ranged weapon is the spear.
Now, the Moredain are a relatively primative hunter culture. No one expects them to be powerhouses. However, most cultures that revolve around the hunt (both IRL and in the mod) use some sort of bow.
So my suggestion is that the Moredain have archers. It would help balance them with the Tauredain, who have had blowgunners since their conception. Furthermore, it would give them another unit at their disposal, since they really only have the warrior and its mounted variant.
These archers would carry a vanilla bow, and would wear normal Morwaith armour. They would spawn in the same areas as their melee counterparts, albeit more rarely. They would also have a chance to spawn riding zebras , like the standard warriors.
For hiring, I would suggest a required alignment of +200, and a base price of 30 coins. One could also hire mounted archers, but at a higher price; +300 alignment and 50 coins would probably be about right.
Some of you might be thinking "The Moredain are based on the people of Africa, and I can't imagine them using bows. Why should these guys have bows?"
First off, just because they're based off of Africans doesn't mean that they have to be like them in every respect. There weren't a ton of zebra riders in Africa, either.
Second, it is incorrect to say that the people of Africa never used bows. Most African tribes used the bow to some extent, although they were not necessarily of great quality. See this article for more information.
