Dorwinion is by far one of the most underrated and underused factions in the mod. However, I am quite determined to end that. Its time to give Dorwinion some more love.

First Up, I will propose some new structures that will enhance one's experience in the beautiful landscape of Dorwinion.

Dorwinion Town

Kinda based off the "Dorwinhrim from the sea of rhun" suggestion. Be sure to check it out. The town will have no walls, to show Dorwinion's peaceful roots, and have some Dorwinion structures inside, including a brewery and a smithy(explained later)

Dorwinion Townhouse

A smaller, more compact version of the current houses, made to fit in the confines of a town area.

Dorwinion Armory

Carries weapons, armor etc. but does not have a Smith. This represents the fact Dorwinion gets it weapons, armor etc. from places like Erebor, Dale, and others. It would be a long, low building carrying rows of weapons and armor.

Dorwinion Barracks

I do recall there was a suggestion about implementing one some time ago, and it seemed too much a good idea to waste. It would be similar to a roman/byzantine barracks. I'll fetch the image when I get it from the old suggestion, with credit to the original suggestion's creator, ofc. Spawns a Vintner Captain

Dorwinion Walled Town

A rather peculiar and rare find, this would not be found often in the fertile heartland of Dorwinion. Has 3-block thick walls and a barracks in the center, otherwise similar to the unwalled variant.

Elves and Forests

The elves will get a forest area surrounding gwinlond to the north. They will also get some structures. However, since there will be a forest area they should only spawn there.

Dorwinion Elven Treehouse(?)

Similar to Woodland Realm ones, tiny platforms perched on a tall tree.

Dorwinion Elven Frontier Fort

These will spawn near the edges of the forest. They guard against enemies. Because of the influences of mannish dorwinion and Rhun it would have a similar look to Rhudel's fortresses but with a more elven style and vibe. Spawns a Bladorthin Captain

NPCs

Dorwinion Equipment

On Par with Gondorian Weaponry, but with an axe instead of warhammer.

Dorwinion Guardsman Armor

Leather based armor similar in stats and recipe as Rhunic Normal Armor.

Cataphract Helmet

Covers whole face with chainmail, otherwise similar to Vintner Helmet. Worn by Heavy Cav.

Dorwinion has a fair amount of NPCs already but there are some holes here and there that I ought to patch up.

Dorwinion Vintner Guardsman

The current Vintner Guard. Since their sub-iron tier armor sucks so bad they ought to have their  own special leather-based armor similar to Rhudel's normal armor. They spawn like a vintner guard does currently and they can be bought for 25 coins and 150 alignment.

Dorwinion Soldier

Same stats as Gondor Soldier. Carries Dorwinion equipment. Has current Vintner Guard Armor but buffed to Gondorian Tier.

Dorwinion Heavy Cavalry

Despite Dorwinion being a peaceful nation, it needs to defend its wine! The Eastern Rhunic savages have heavy cavalry so Dorwinion must counter that threat. Dorwinion Heavy Cavalry has Dorwinion Horse Armor and a Dorwinion Soldier mounted on top. They wear full Dorwinion Armor but with Cataphract Helmets.

There will be a later-on addition: Trading, haggling and profits

However, I dont have time to do it rn so I might so it sometime in the future.
