When coral reef is mined with a pickaxe (without the Silken modifier) 1-2 coral pieces are dropped.
Coral can also be bought from Easterling and Gondor fishmongers, for around 22 (
) silver coins per piece.
Like many other materials, corals can be made into a block. Unlike most other material blocks, however, the coral block is crafted with only four coral pieces.
