Cram is a food made by the Men of Dale, mentioned in The Hobbit. It is a sort of equivalent to Lembas as it was used by Men for long journeys; however, unlike Lembas it was bland and flavourless.

When eaten, cram restores 6 hunger points (equivalent to 3 drumsticks).

Obtaining

The Men of Dale had strong trade relations with the Dwarves of Durin's Folk, and therefore Cram can be found naturally spawning in Dwarven structures, such as a Dwarven house. Iron Hills merchants sometimes also sell it.

Cram is not currently craftable.

Future

When the Dale faction is added, Cram will be craftable on their crafting table.
