Dragonblood trees are a type of hardwood tree that was added in Update 34.
Spawning[]
Dragonblood trees can only be found in the semi-arid Gulf of Harad.

Appearence[]
These trees have pale grey bark, a unique sprawling network of branches and a wide canopy of leaves.
Growing huge and giant variant[]
To grow a huge variant, plant saplings in a 3x3 square. To grow a giant variant, plant saplings in a 5x5 square. You may then use bonemeal on any sapling or just wait for the tree to grow.
Uses[]
Dragonblood wood can be crafted into dragonblood wood planks, which can be used to make the usual wood items e.g. slabs, stairs, doors, etc. As per usual breaking the leaves will occasionally drop saplings.
Two dragonblood logs in any shape apart from directly horizontally next to each other will give four red dye.

Trivia[]
Dragonblood trees are named so due to the red blood-like sap that they produce. It has numerous uses, from medicinal to decorative.
