Easterling Archers are the ranged fighting units of the land of Rhúdel. They perform ranged attacks using a Rhûnic bow.
Spawning[]
Easterling Archers spawn in their land atop any grass block regardless of the time of day, or the light level. Like the bowmen of the Rohirrim, they may occasionally spawn riding a horse. Unlike the Rohirrim, their horses are not armoured.
Behaviour[]
These archers don't bother any entities that are friends with their faction, but will take rather unkindly to enemies in that they tend to shoot arrows at them until they're as prickly as a porcupine. If these units are atop a horse, their attack range increases to 24 blocks from the usual 16, and they also move much faster.
Hiring[]
These units can be hired for the price of 50 silver coins and 250 alignment. A mounted archer will be 70 coins and 350 alignment. Higher alignment will mean lower prices.
