Hello moderators!
After reading the Minecraft Forums thread, I have seen a number of interesting suggestions. Among them was one by a guy who suggested adding a whole bunch of metallugy to the mod, with all kinds of alloys (brass, black steel, zinc, lead, etc).
Now I don't suggest adding a whole ton of new ores and ingots to the mod, but one of the things that this user suggested actually made sense; Bismuth Bronze. But he didn't specify how to make it, so here's what I have suggested.
Making Bismuth Bronze Equipment[]
- Travel to the Red Mountains or their foothills.
- Enter a cave. From there tunnel down to layer 32 or lower in order to find Bismuth Ore. Don't forget to mine for copper and tin, either!
- Once you've got your ore, make or find a Dwarven Forge. Put your copper and tin into the Dwarven Forge to make Bronze.
- Then alloy this bronze with your Bismuth Ore to make Bismuth Bronze.
- This Bismuth Bronze can be used on the Red Mountains Crafting Table to make Red Dwarven Equipment, with the same stats and crafting patterns as Dwarven Equipment.
What do you think of this suggestion? Glflegolas (talk) 21:28, September 11, 2014 (UTC)
Good idea!

The balance could be difficult. For other dwarven alloys you need iron and not worthless bronze. But that could give more use to bronze. Sinthoniel (talk) 11:47, September 12, 2014 (UTC)
