Most of the biomes are already there or are confirmed. The Shire, Shire Woodlands, rivers, Old Forest, Barrow-downs, Eriador, Breeland, Chetwood, Midgewater Marshes, Lone-Lands, the Trollshaws, the Rivendell biome I believe is coming, Eregoin, the Misty Mtns, the vales of the Anduin, Lothlorien, the Emyn Muil, the Dead Marshes, Dagorlad, Ithilien, Mordor mtns, Mordor itself, etc. (talk) 11:19, August 28, 2014 (UTC)
The next version will bring the Dol Guldur biome (and faction). More biomes for Harad and Rhun are planned. There could likely also be more biomes in other regions, e.g. Lossarnach as part of Gondor.
edit: I did not read this carefully enough. Of course, Frodo did never cross these biomes.

Gen. Grievous1138 There is very Moria and the mountains around it and Mount Windy I hoped.
