(This is done as a page since the suggestion forum was not working for me).
I suggest that there be hired Dwarven Miners. They can be hired by Dwarven Miner Leaders down in the Dwarven Mines both in the Iron Hills and the Blue Mountains. They would work like Hobbit farmers. You'd tell them which ore to look for (all the ores will be listed) and give them a radius in which to mine. They would look through the other ores to find the ones you want. The more valuable the ore, the higher you'd pay. For example, mithril would be more than diamonds, gold, iron, etc. For region specific ores, you would have to get the dwarves close enough to where it can be found (maximum radius would be 64 blocks). I would like Mevans to look into this idea. - GimliBurper
