Gemsbok hide is obtained from killing a gemsbok. These creatures live in Far Harad and are relatively common there. They also spawn rarely in Pertorogwaith.

Each gemsbok usually drops between 0 and 3 pieces of gemsbok hide when killed and can be also dropped rarely by alligators.

Uses

Gemsbok hide is used in the crafting of various Far Harad items:

On the standard crafting table, it can be made into a set of gemsbok hide armour.
On the Morwaith crafting table, it is used in the crafting of Morwaith armour.
On the Half-troll crafting table, it is used along with string in the crafting of Half-troll armour and rhino armour.
It can be sold to various Far Harad traders.

Trivia

This item, along with many other Far Harad features, was originally a part of Mevans' Lion King Mod.
