Harnennor Warlord

The Harnennor Warriors are the frontline soldiers of the Harnedhrim, the northernmost of the peoples of Near Harad. These men fight to destroy Gondor, which forced them from their homeland long ago. Their hatred for the Men of the West is deep, and with Harondor nearly within their grasp, they hope to repay the Northlings for their ancient crimes.

These NPCs wear Harnennor Armour and wield Haradric weapons. They also carry Shields of the Harnen, albeit for aesthetics only (they do not boost their combat abilities whatsoever).

Harnennor Warriors have 20 HP and can be hired from Harnennor Warlords, provided the player has at least +150 Near Harad alignment and 20 silver coins.

Spawning[]

Harnennor Warriors primarily spawn in Harnennor, both in generated structures and in small patrols. They also frequently patrol Harondor, a land that they seek to reclaim from Gondor. They are the most common troops of Near Harad, as their invasions happen the most frequently due to Harnennor being closest of the Southron realms to Gondor.

Behaviour[]

As said by the Rangers of Ithilien who commonly track them in Harondor, the Harnedhrim are the fiercest Haradrim that any Gondorian will have to face. They will battle any enemy they spot to the death, but will otherwise just wander around, keeping an eye out for Gondorians.

Drops[]

Harnennor Warriors have a frequent chance of dropping bones when killed. On rare occasions, they may also drop their worn equipment or armour.

Hiring[]

Harnennor Warriors can be hired from Harnennor Warlords, who spawn in Harnennor fortresses. You will need +150 Alignment with Near Harad to hire warriors from them, and an appropriate sum of money.
