Lembas is a type of waybread created by the Elves. One bite is enough to fill the stomach of a grown man (although Hobbits seem to be an exception). Currently, it can only be obtained as a very rare drop from Galadhrim Elves, being found in some of the various elven structures (either on plates or in chests), or purchased from Galadhrim Elf Traders. Eating a piece will restore the entire hunger bar, no matter what the current level is.
Note: There are 2 bars, hunger and saturation, once saturation bar runs out, hunger starts depleting. Hunger is the visible bar, while saturation is hidden. Lembas restores both to the max, so it is better than any other food in any case.
