Lembas is a type of waybread created by the Elves, and one bite is enough to fill the stomach of a grown man (although Hobbits seem to be an exception). It can currently only be obtained as a very rare drop from Galadhrim Elves , found in chests in treehouses, or purchased from Galadhrim Elf Traders . Eating a piece will restore the entire hunger bar.
Note: Lembas fills the hunger bar to the limit, while normal food can fill it beyond the limit. (If you eat a steak and have 2 hunger symbols missing, you get the bar refilled to 10 and 2 additional not-shown symbols) So lembas is not the best food when your hunger bar is nearly filled.
