At the moment, there are no structures which contain Basalt Bricks.
Crafting[]
All crafting recipes involving Mordor Basalt Brick must be crafted on a Morgul crafting table. To craft four basalt bricks, four basalt blocks are needed.
It is also possible to craft Mordor Basalt Brick stairs, slabs, and walls.
Carving[]
If you put four Mordor Basalt Bricks in a square on a Morgul crafting table, you will be able to craft one carved brick.
