Morgul torches are non-solid blocks that emit light used by the forces of Angmar and Dol Guldur. The top is a light green colour and emits swirly green particles.
Obtaining[]
A Morgul torch will break instantly and drop itself when broken using anything. The tool will not take any damage when breaking the torch.
Morgul torches will also be broken if flowing water runs over its location.
Natural generation[]
Morgul torches can be found naturally spawning in Angmar shrines, Dol Guldur altars, and Dol Guldur towers.
Crafting[]
Morgul torches can be crafted on a Angmar, Dol Guldur, or Morgul crafting table. It requires one stick and one Gulduril.
Usage[]
Morgul torches can be placed on the top or the sides of most solid blocks. Being non-solid, Morgul torches have no collision box.
Gravity affected blocks like sand and gravel will not fall if the block below them has a Morgul torch on it, and will break if they fall onto a Morgul torch.
Light[]
Morgul torches give off a light level of 14. Morgul torches also melt snow layers and ice within 2 blocks (taxicab distance).
Crafting ingredient[]
Morgul torches are used in the making of Morgul chandeliers.
